SUMMARY
App starting automatically in background when the phone is restarted

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kde connect 
2. Go to home screen
3. Restart device
4. After restart, check background processes

OBSERVED RESULT
Kde connect starts automatically in background, slowing down system resources 

EXPECTED RESULT
Having an option about auto startup on reboot in settings of the aop
