SUMMARY
When I play a video in digikam 8.4.0 there is always a sound delay (the sound begins before the video)

Pleas find below a screen capture of the spec of the video file

With the solved bug #487031, this problem must be fixed now.

Can you share through the cloud a video sample to test here ?

I taken a video with my iphone 12, set exactly to capture the same kind of video type that one used to report this issue.

With the port of digiKam 6.5.0 to arm Silicon + ffmpeg 6.1 + Qt6Mutimedia 6.7.2, no playback problem (frames and audio).

The 8.5.0 pre-release PKG installer can be tested here :
