STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Kinfocenter
2. maximize Kinfocenter window
3. restart Kinfocenter

OBSERVED RESULT
after the last step, Kinfocenter opens non-maximized

EXPECTED RESULT
Kinfocenter should remember the maximized state

Same issue as Bug 478443, since both apps share code for this.
