When I unplug both of my external displays, an undetermined application crashes.

HW: Framework Laptop 13, AMD edition
Displays are connected via USB-C (DP alt mode), and via a USB4 dock with HDMI.

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.

Thank you for reporting this bug. This is a duplicate of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=489180. The fix is in Qt 6.7.3 and will be available on your system when Qt is updated to that version.
