SUMMARY
When changing the desktop background with the Desktop Accent Color option activated, the page displayed by Writer jumps to where the cursor was (for instance, after scrolling), interrupting the task.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate accent color
2. Place the cursor on writer and the scroll the window 
3. Change the background, the displayed window returns automatically where is the cursor

OBSERVED RESULT
displayed window jumping with accent color and background changing
EXPECTED RESULT
no jumping

in slowroll opensuse there is also an increase in the shadow of the outline of each window during each change of color/background, which tires the eye (apparently I only see it with this distro, or possibly is another applied effect, I do not know), as a result, when changing the background/color you have the impression of a flash by increasing the shadow, giving the impression that the window jumps

kcolord is now unmaintained, color management has moved to kwin as part of wayland.
