Last line is "Face Regions" and was imported to our translation branch in 2022/07 with
https://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-support/de/summit/messages/digikam/digikam.po?pathrev=1629056&r1=1629056&r2=1629055

Up to now it is marked "fuzzy" and so not used. Normally you should see "Face Regions".

I assume somewhere in your (global) settings is "russian"? set as an alternative language.

PS: Hiermit ergeht die Einladung, bei der Übersetzung mitzuhelfen.
