SUMMARY
Battery percentage is not shown in battery widget when charging while in power profile "powersave"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On Batttery widget in the panel, Activate option to Show Percentage Charge Level on Icon When Not Fully Charged (in German: "Prozentualen Ladestand auf Symbol anzeigen, wenn nicht voll geladen")
2. Set Power profile to "powersave" (in German: Energieprofil→Energie sparen)
3. Plug device to charge (while battery is not fully charged)


OBSERVED RESULT
The icon of the battery widget changes into a leaf, the battery charge percentage is not shown on the icon.

EXPECTED RESULT
The battery charge percentage is shown on the icon of the battery widget.
