If the Hide Cursor desktop effects is enabled. It will misbehave and hide the cursor while a drawing tablet is in use. Hiding the cursor while it's being moved by the tablet.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable hide cursor desktop effect
2. Use drawing tablet
3. Cursor disapears

OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor disappears until the mouse is moved

EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor appears whenever the mouse or tablet is used
