SUMMARY
There is no notification for action when plugging a Nikon D5600.

I am on NixOS 24.05 and have installed the `kdePackges.kamera` package. With that done, I have the _Digital Camera_ menu in the system settings, where my camera is seen and the connection can be established, as well as the actions related to _Camera_ in _Device Actions_ (for Gwenview and Dolphin). I am also able to access the contents of the camera using the `camera:/` path in Dolphin and Gwenview.

The issue is that this wasn’t obvious. It’s probably something with my installation, but I expected a notification with the possible actions to pop upon plugging the camera, similarly to what I have when a USB stick is plugged in. And also to have the camera in the places sidebar in Dolphin (I don’t know if this problem is related or a different thing).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a digital camera that has to accessed using `gphoto2`
2. Plug it in the computer

OBSERVED RESULT
No visual notification, though the sound that a device was plugged is played. There is also no way to access it in Dolphin, unless by typing a `camera:/` path. That is, there is no entry in the side panel like a USB stick would have had.

EXPECTED RESULT
To have a notification pop with the possible actions for Gwenview and Dolphin (and any other such as digiKam).
