SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On Neon Testing: Start application launcher with meta key or mouse
2. Favorites are shown: in the Favorites section I can move around with the arrow keys of my keyboard but I can no longer get outside the Favorites section with the arrow keys to go to the other sections of the launcher. 
3. I think I could still navigate around the launcher with the arrows after upgrading to plasma 6. Then the keyboard navigation got broken in one of the following updates.

OBSERVED RESULT

I can not navigate the application launcher fully with the arrow keys of my keyboard

EXPECTED RESULT

application launcher should be completely navigatable with arrow keys.
