Description Gergely HORVÁTH 2024-07-05 16:25:08 UTC
It would be really nice to show panels in Overview mode. It could be a toggleable switch in the panel settings during edit mode like Auto-hide/Dodge-window.

Use-case: basically I wish for something like Gnome overview where I can find my open windows but it is also possible to just click a favorite. My idea is to have a panel with an Icon-only-app-launcher set to dodge windows. I already use the type-to-search feature in overview, but sometimes I just really want to click on my pinned favorites.

Keep up the great work! :)

I believe that with this feature, KDE would have a fully featured replacement of GNOME's Overview mode, since this seems to be the last missing aspect.
