SUMMARY

In certain multi-screen situations, it is disturbing that all the screens react in the same way when accessing the panel configuration.

so,as in kcm_kwinoptions, can you provide for multi-screen behavior a "separate the focus of the screens" option in multi-screen behavior ?

OBSERVED RESULT
use the panel configuration for 1 screen affects all screens

EXPECTED RESULT
panel configuration per screen

Forward-duping to Bug 513847 since it's a bit clearer.
