SUMMARY
Systemsettings top bar height aren't consistent between columns in Plasma Mobile

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to Plasma Mobile session
2. Open System Settings

OBSERVED RESULT
The height of top bar in systemsettings are not consistent between the 2 display columns, see attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
The height of top bar in systemsettings are consistent between the 2 display columns.
