With which X11 terminal emulator does this work? Cannot reproduce this with xterm. Subject: RE: I can't use shift key to select text. For example, it is very useful in Editor in MC. And don't write "Use F3 key"... Also sorry for previous bug with Shift+Ins/Del (it's working) Hello, In Konsole (I selected this application in bug's report form). Please, fix this bug. File *.keytable doesn't work!!! (When I delete lines with shift+right/left/up/down keys binding I cann't use shift to select text too.) I consider that it's for mcedit only possible to determine the state of the shift button when running on console (not when running under X11). Hello,

Sorry, I use default settings of konsole (KDE 3.0.3 Mandrake 9.0) and
terminal. I think, it is xterm. I can not use Shift+Up/Down/Left/Right keys
in mcedit run from xterm too (without konsole). Please, help me, write how I
can use these keys in mcedit in konsole.
Thanks, Dmitry Kovba.
Still thinking that's not possible. Subject: RE: I can't use shift key to select text. For example, it is very useful in Editor in MC. And don't write "Use F3 key"... Also sorry for previous bug with Shift+Ins/Del (it's working) What a fucking shit did you write? You expect me to react on this? You're wrong. I will begin to ignore you.
All I have to say did I already say in the other comments.
See bug #59256 for possible solution. |
