The navigating with the TAB key cannot enter the Folders panel.

Furthermore, there are other inconsistencies within Dolphin when navigating with the TAB key, in addition to not entering the Folders panel, sometimes TAB cannot enter other components for adequate keyboard navigation.

These problems in the plasma environment are old and shameful and prevent the use of the entire desktop environment via keyboard.
