Using daily git snapshots.

For an unknown reason,  the default patterns in Composer / Subject settings page disappeared.
Pressing the 'Defaults' button at the bottom doesn't restore the default values.

(Also tested with a new kmail2rc)

I confirm. 
It seems that it doesn't load value from default.
I investigate if it's a problem in kconfigcore
