SUMMARY
Totally random freeze never know when is going to happen whatching video using videoplayers games anything that goes to fullscreen causes it(i think that it happen one time when just using the file explorer).
some times i have only the cursor other times is full black and can use the keyboard but cant use ctrl+alt+f2
 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use the computer 
2. use any program/games in full screen 
3.  use ALT+TAB and expect a complete freeze of all programs

OBSERVED RESULT
first freezes the program/game that is in fullscren and then start freezen all the others and when you clic any programs it kills it

EXPECTED RESULT
use any app in full screen as expected

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
i started using kde one month ago and i think that the freezes start after kernel 6.8.5
i did 2 fresh install to see if the problem goes away but always returns

Apparently not a duplicate since Bug 489857 is as crash, not a freeze.
