SUMMARY

When bottom panel is not visible, everything not respond.
When i press Windows key, nothing appear. 
When i receive notification, notification not appearing also.
But when panel bar is always visible, everything work fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hide bottom panel
2. Press windows key or receive notification
3. Nothing appear

This is an NVIDIA 555 driver bug unfortunately.
