SUMMARY
Greek acute ("´") does not apply in any Greek vowel and/or at all.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Greek Locale
2. Type a Greek vowel by simultaneously pressing the ";" button.

OBSERVED RESULT
It will not apply the acute in the vowel. It will look like that 
Button = Κουμπι

EXPECTED RESULT
It should appear like this:
Button = Κουμπί
