SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Application Launcher
2. Select category
3. Try to use mouse to scroll far right scroll bar

OBSERVED RESULT
The scroll bar highlights -- mouse displays horizontal double arrow to widen launcher

EXPECTED RESULT
To be able to use the mouse and scrollbar

For technical reasons, the resize functionality has to take priority here unfortunately.
