SUMMARY
Opening the Digital clock widget causes a visual glitch.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on the Digital Clock widget on the Plasma Panel

Looks like a GPU driver glitch. What GPU are you using? And are you using X11 or Wayland? Does it happen in only one, or both?
