Sometimes it is necessary to redact a document before sending it. To do that with Okular right now is:

- set highlighter to black
- highlight Text to redact
- draw black rectangle over images to redact
- flatten document with Ghostscript, so text can't be marked anymore

This has some obvious drawbacks:
1. As a multistep process, it's relatively easy to forget, for example, the flattening afterwards.
2. The flattening affects the entire document and makes all text unmarkable

This seems like a decent quality of life feature that would only simplify features that already exist
