SUMMARY
the kate module file system doesn't order corectly the files up to 9.
see the attachment

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create more than 10 files starting with a number.
2. the encryptor 10 is positioned under the file named 1 instead of the one named 9


OBSERVED RESULT
the ordering of files whose names contain numerical sequences is not done correctly beyond [X]9

EXPECTED RESULT
that 10 follows 9, that 20 follows 19 etc.

What are your locale/regional settings. At least the header in your screenshot says "Nom", so the regional ordering rules might affect this?

ok you're right, it is a matter related to locale/regional settings. i worked on it and the issue is gone.
