SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set system audio theme to (for example) Oxygen
2. Do something that triggers the audible bell. (Like pressing Escape in GIMP)

OBSERVED RESULT
it plays the sound provided by freedesktop instead of the bell sound from Oxygen

EXPECTED RESULT
it plays sounds selected in the theme.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Either the audio themes need to stop shipping formats that're unsupported, or more audio formats need to be allowed by more parts of kwin and system settings and whatnot

The audible bell uses the "bell" sound. Oxygen doesn't provide this

And Ocean has bell-window-system.oga , but not just bell.oga. Got it.

This is a follow up MR after Nate made fixes to Ocean in
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/ocean-sound-theme/-/merge_requests/18.
Oxygen is also missing bell.ogg, which is required to fix bug 488968.
