Description Karl Gustav 2024-06-21 20:57:31 UTC
So since the latest update i run into an odd issue with my two gaming Systems (one uses an RX6600 the other one an RX7800). When i'm in a game (xonotic for example.. or deep rock galactic) and i press ctrl+alt+T to open up Konsole kwin seems to be confused what to focus and i can't tab back in into the game. I have to use tyy to kill the konsole window first to get back into the game. When i then check my `journal -p3 -xb` i'll see that kwin_x11 process was aborted. This issue was definitely caused by the latest update. Since i tested it on one of two systems before.. and right after the update before it didn't happen after the update it happens. On both of my systems.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a game Xonotic for example (might need Fullscreen) - Maybe it the breeze theme should be used for that
2. Open Konsole by ctrl+alt+T while in-game
3. Try to get back into the game

OBSERVED RESULT
Can't tab kwin_x11 seems to somewhat crash have to use TYY to kill the konsole to be able to gain back Control of the System

Without a backtrace this is not actionable unfortunately, please see https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports

Can you also install debuginfod so the backtrace is more complete?
