SUMMARY
When opening dolphin maximized, if you snap dolphin to the side and then drag that window and once again try to snap to maximize, it does not do anything. This bug also occurs with kate and gwenview. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin maximized
2. Snap it to the side
3. Try to drag the window and snap to maximize 

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Window should maximize

Update: The bug also occurs even when the window is not started as maximized.
