SUMMARY

After update to 6.1.0, "Session > Background services" (kcm_kded) entry does not show up in the System Settings. It was fine in 6.0.5.
'systemsettings kcm_kded' command also does not open it.

'kcmshell6 kcm_kded' does work though and opens it as a standalone window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

$ systemsettings kcm_kded

OBSERVED RESULT

Empty settings window.

EXPECTED RESULT

"Background services" page should open.
