After update to new plasma

Operating System: KDE neon 6.0
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0
Qt Version: 6.7.0
Kernel Version: 6.5.0-41-generic (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 32 × AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor
Memory: 62.7 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT

desktop looks like this (attachments)

It's ok after first launch but when windows dodge effect (hidde panel) start 1st time ugly blue shadow will appear. Same floating panel when it's fill whole space (maximize window) and back same problem

very annoying when you forced look at it all the time

Plasma cache was removed. No help

Thank you for your bug report.

Which theme are you using? Is it a 3rd party theme? Does the issue also happen with the default breeze theme?

just now after login to console ctrl-alt-f3 spotted this message:

/etc/update-motd.d/90-updates-available: 7: /usr/share/update-notifier/notify-updates-outdated: not found
rub-parts: /etc/update-motd.d/90-updates-available exited with return code 127
