SUMMARY
Clicking the arrow to go the previous or next month caused the Digital Clock to jump backwards or forwards 3 months instead of 1 month. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on the Digital Clock in the toolbar
2. Click either the arrow for previous or next month that are next to today

OBSERVED RESULT
The display month will be either 3 months prior or 3 months later.

EXPECTED RESULT
The display month should be either the month prior or the next month.

The user can still use the scroll well to move forward or backwards by one month
