SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. edit a shortcut on desktop
2. other problem is that when a text editor or other program edits a shortcut plasma will start throwing errors even if nothing is changed
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

disapears or stops working as a shortcut

EXPECTED RESULT

shortcut is edited and functions normally
