SUMMARY
When I Try to move a panel in , it is a 50/50 if the panel actually updates its position on screen. While plasma does know I have moved it (as when it try to move the panel it wont let me move it to the same position on the screen), it does not update in edit mode, or in the main shell.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open new panel configuration
2. Attempt to move a panel
3. The panel will sometimes not move to the correct place.

OBSERVED RESULT
The panel will sometimes not move to the correct place.

EXPECTED RESULT
The panel should move to the right each place every time
