SUMMARY
Peru government recently approved four more holidays in the national calendar. KDE's calendar needs an update to include them.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In July 2023, Peruvian congress approved the modification of law "Decreto Legislativo 713", updating the list of Peru's national holidays. I noticed today that four do not appear in Plasma's calendar, so I am filing this bug to request their inclusion.

The ones that are currently not appearing on Plasma are June 7, July 23, August 6 and December 9.

"Batalla de Arica y Día de la Bandera"   public on june 7
"Día de la Fuerza Aérea"                          public on july 23
"Batalla de Junin"                                      public on august 6
"Batalla de Ayacucho"                              public on december 9
