Every time I run the Video Slideshow tool on my computer I get this error "Error while encoding frames!"

It gives a description of "'C:/Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command, 
operable program or batch file."

I'm running it with the default encoder, and I've tried different combinations of the settings to no avail. Any chance you guys could fix it?
