SUMMARY
Plasma panel abnormally filled background after switching between fullscreen (whenever panel is fixed to bottom) and windowed (whenever panel is floating).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Maxiumize an existing window so that the panel switches from floating to fixed.
2. Recover the window size so the panel should be floating again.
3. Discover an abnormally filled area between floating panel and bottom line.

OBSERVED RESULT
Floating panel abnormally filled other area.

EXPECTED RESULT
Floating panel resized normally.
