0-page document in printing queue

SUMMARY

Setting a single page (except page 1) in "Pages" field results in an empty document. Example is attached.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open arbitrary PDF doc
2. Open print dialog and choose a printer
3. In "Print range" choose "Pages" and put some number except 1, ex. "3". 

OBSERVED RESULT

0-page document in printing queue

1-page document
