SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open app ( in my case librewolf)
2. Maximize app
3. see the gap

OBSERVED RESULT
 a gap between the app and the bar

EXPECTED RESULT
no gap

Should be fixed by the same thing as bug 483338
