SUMMARY
The plasmashell panel icons-only Task Manager does not remember pinned items from previous session. Will default to the pinned items in plasma version 6.0.5 on new boot.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin (or unpin) items in items-only Task Manager
2. Logout/Reboot 
3. Login to KDE plasma wayland

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons only Taskmanager reverts to configuration from 6.0.5 (not any changes made in the 6.1 beta)

EXPECTED RESULT
Icons only Taskmanager retains configuration made in a plasma 6.1 session.

Are you using kdesrc-build session for the 6.1 beta? Or arch linux testing packages?
