KWin window text flickering on resize

SUMMARY

Window contents/text flickers when a window is resized. It does so (probably) only at the verge of changing the visibility of scrollbars. See attached screen recording.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Energy Consumption Statistics (standalone, not from System Settings)
2. Enlarge the window size using mouse to the point where scrollbar is hidden and increase/decrease the window height in small units.

OBSERVED RESULT
Window contents and text flicker

EXPECTED RESULT
Window contents and text do not flicker

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 40/Plasma 6.0.5/Wayland
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0
Qt Version: 6.7.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
GPU is Intel (HD Graphics 620), display server is Wayland. No KWin effects (other than default) enabled.

Checked, Dolphin doesn't exhibit this problem. So it is probably just the energy info page, not KWin.
