Updating the flatpak to 24.05.0 results in an "Ambiguous shortcut" warning

SUMMARY
Update flatpak to 24.05.0
Ripple tool and record both want to use the shortcut R.

Oh it looks like I had remapped that shortcut. After resetting the shortcuts to the defaults, the error is gone.
