SUMMARY
Files on network SMB shares "disappear" when displayed in dolphin. Files are present and can be seen on the network machine. A refresh of the dolphin tab shows the files again. Sometimes they "disappear" again and require another refresh.
So far I have only seen this with SMB shares and only with media files.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open SMB Share containing media files.
2. Play the media file on the remote server or interact with it in anyway.
3. File "disappears" from dolphin, a refresh of the tab makes the file visible again.

OBSERVED RESULT
Files "disappear" and a refresh is required.

EXPECTED RESULT
The files do not disappear. Dolphin used to not have this issue.
