SUMMARY
If you move the mouse roughly 1-3 seconds after the screen has turned off from inactivity, it may be frozen and I have been unable to find any way to fix it without rebooting. Everything in the background still works, as far as I can tell from audio. I can still switch to TTY and it will work, and I can still run commands from it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wait for screen to be disabled by inactivity
2. Move mouse "soon" after screen goes black, maybe 1-3 seconds after
3. Screen may or may not be frozen

OBSERVED RESULT
Screen will be permanently frozen on the login window with clock partly through it's animation

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen will turn back on either with the login screen working properly or not presented
