SUMMARY
The Majiit virtual keyboard clips(overlaps) the top of the taskbar when it is floating.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Majiit virtual/onscreen keyboard
2. Have taskbar floating
3. Activate Majiit

OBSERVED RESULT
The Majiit virtual keyboard clips (overlaps) just the top section of the floating taskbar, where it normally would not be (when docked/not floating)

EXPECTED RESULT
It should not clip the top of the floating taskbar.
