current power saving settings

SUMMARY
If I leave my computer idle for some time, power saver kicks in and redueces screen brightness, eventualy turning off the screen. After waking up, the brightness stays at 30%, instead of going back up to 100%, even though the brightness indicator in the system tray shows 100%.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Leave the coputer idling for X amount of time (10 min default)
2. Wait for the screen to turn off
3. Move the mouse or press any key on the keyboard to turn it back on

OBSERVED RESULT
The screen comes back at around 30% brightness

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen should return to previously set brightness value (in my case, 100%)

I have the same issue on openSUSE Tumbleweed.
GPU: Radeon 6700 XT
Monitors: DELL S2340L connected via HDMI and GIGABYTE G27Q connected via DisplayPort.
G27Q also has HDR enabled.

I also can change brightness via system tray applet, but it is often out of sync with actual brightness level.

This is a thing we already have an open bug report, right Jakob? I can't find one though.

Is it https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=476540 ? Seems like it wasn't fixed after all. I'm experiencing it with Plasma 6.0.5
