SUMMARY
I assume they are meant to switch window focus to the next and previous display, but they seem to do nothing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place windows on two different displays
2. Assign and use shortcuts

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing

EXPECTED RESULT
Switches focus from the windows on one display to the windows on another
