SUMMARY

On Windows 10, the export time remaining display has become inconsistent. Moves faster at the early stage of export then it hangs in the middle, but the video will still export after waiting. But the time remaining feedback has become broken.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create any project with mported videos 
2. Click Export project 
3. Monitor the Export time remaining, it moves quicker to the middle then stays there for long. The time remaining feedback has become inconsistent. 

OBSERVED RESULT:
On Windows 10, the export time remaining hangs. Once export is clicked, the export time remaining moves quicker to the middle then it hangs and stays there for a while meanwhile the project is still rendering and at the end the video will export but the time remaining progress hangs and is inconsistent compared to previous versions.
