SUMMARY
I was attempting to copy the generated keyframes from the Motion Tracker effect and import them to the Rotoscope (Mask) effect as "Position". The idea was to follow my movements on camera and then test applying effects only to the masked area. Importing the keyframes works on other effects (such as Transform), but will not work on Rotoscope (Mask). When I select the option, it completes without error, but no keyframes appear on the effect controls. I tested this in 24.02.02 and then also in latest stable release 24.05.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply Motion Tracker effect
2. Analyze clip and generate keyframes (tested with different frame internvals)
3. Copy keyframes to clipboard
4. Apply Rotoscope (Mask) effect
5. Import keyframes to Rotoscope (Mask) effect, using Position information

OBSERVED RESULT
The process appears to complete and does not produce an error, yet no keyframes appear on the effect timeline

EXPECTED RESULT
Keyframes should import to the effect timeline
