SUMMARY
When OBS is ran using KDE the panel titles have an added & in the text.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Install OBS using flatpak or system packages
2.  Notice how you will see & in all the title panels

OBSERVED RESULT
Titles such as "Scenes" show as "Sce&nes"

EXPECTED RESULT
Text to show correctly

I have been having this issue as well! I have tested on Budgie and it doesn't have this problem!
