SUMMARY
After the recent redesign of the edit mode in KDE Plasma, I've encountered an issue where the panel configuration option is obscured by the "Panel Setting" menu. Specifically, when attempting to access the panel configuration, the option becomes hidden, making it difficult to modify the panel settings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter the edit mode in KDE Plasma.
2. Go for "show panel configuration"
3. panel configuration is hidden by "Panel setting" menu.

OBSERVED RESULT
panel configuration is hidden by "Panel setting" menu

EXPECTED RESULT
"Panel setting" should not takeover "panel configuration menu"
