pictures of the error codes i received

SUMMARY
I cannot export a time-lapse. no matter when the picture is made, new or old, it doesn't export.
I have updated ffmpeg and reinstalled krita. the only lead i have to go off is that it cannot find the folders but it doesn't allow me to manually select a folder.

it does try to create a video but it is unplayable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.   not perfectly sure but, move or change any of the files in krita downloaded place
2.   try to export a time-lapse

OBSERVED RESULT
error.

EXPECTED RESULT
error.

Could you check if this bug happens on the new stable version, 5.2.3? The "Error reinitializing filters!" should be fixed.
