SUMMARY
Resize the menu,but when the pannel appear again it returns the original size.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I try to resize app
2. delete pannel and try again,nothing happened
3.

Thanks, that was helpful. Looking carefully, the popup was actually resizing, it just wasn't returning to the *position* you had it at. This is in fact caused by Bug 486573.
